I have been in a Facilities Management Role for nearly 14 years and have always seen myself as the custodian of whatever property I’ve been responsible for. To do this I have had to build relationships with a multitude of service providers. To whom it may concern, For 7 years FMS have provided installation and maintenance services for a variety of projects within the Maybourne Hotel Group where AECOM have provided design and consultancy service. This has seen FMS work as a team with the group’s Construction Director, Quantity Surveying team, Hotel General Managers, Chief Engineers, and the group’s owners. FMS and AECOM have undertaken projects together on many different levels and across many different applications to which all have been completed to an acceptable standard and to demanding time scales.
